As we’ve been learning, the SVR asserts that reading comprehension results from decoding skills and language comprehension. Let's Learn incorporates lessons on phonemic awareness, phonics, and fluency to strengthen decoding, while also focusing on vocabulary and comprehension to enhance language skills. Additionally, its content area instruction in science, social studies, and the arts builds background knowledge, further supporting language comprehension.
