In this lesson, students connected scientific concepts as they investigated the water cycle by reading informational texts. Students also used diagrams to learn and sequence the steps of the water cycle.
Talk about clouds! You can learn even more about clouds by spending time outside with your child, lying on the ground, looking straight up at the clouds and talking about what you observe. Ask and answer questions about what makes them form, move, change shape and make precipitation. Watch out for soaring condors up there!
Reading to learn is so much fun when families and friends can share reading together!
