In this lesson, you’ve learned that whole foods and processed foods contain different levels of nutrients. Now you will read about how our bodies digest foods, including what can happen if your body is unable to take what it needs from foods.
After you have finished, list two or three reasons why processed foods are not as healthy for your body as whole foods. Then list at least two ways to improve your digestion and health.
