A Postcard from You!

Writing postcards is a great way to keep in touch with friends. It’s your turn to write a postcard to one of the friends we met in Egypt: Farid, Haya, or Ahmed. (You won’t actually be mailing the postcard.)

1. Think about what you’ve learned. How is life in Egypt similar or different from yours?

2. Begin filling out the postcard by writing a little bit about yourself, such as:

your first name
your age
the town or city the town you live in
any pets you have

3. Write down one or two things you learned about Egypt.

4. Finish your postcard by describing something you think you might like to do with your friend if you ever visited Egypt.
