Robots and Artificial Intelligence

Robots are becoming more and more advanced as time progresses. The first robot did not possess what is now known as artificial intelligence (AI). After gaining some aspects of artificial intelligence, robots are being designed that can compete with humans in the workplace.

AI technology has created robots that can copy human behaviors, and that can attempt to approach human thought processes. In the context of the workplace, there may be instances when it would be preferable for some employers to choose a robot with AI rather than a person. This raises some ethical questions that should not be ignored.
