Steep mountain sides slant down on both sides. The rocky slopes are partially covered with green plants. The river rushes along the valley floor between the mountain slopes.
Ground-level view
From above, the valley dips low into the landscape and is shaped like a letter “U”. The long, straight valley is so big and wide, that the stream of water running down the middle of it looks like a thin, squiggly line.
