This video features Lifetrack, an organization in St. Paul, Minnesota, that partners with local businesses to create job training programs. Larry Corbesia graduated from one of their programs and got a job at age 60 as an artisan (a person who is skilled at making something) at a company that sells high-quality, hand-made leather goods around the world. When he started the program, Larry was homeless and had a lot of personal challenges to overcome. These factors may have caused his coworkers to have a negative impression of Larry, but he showed he could be a valuable member of the company. Now watch the video to see how Larry showed that he could be a valuable member of the company.
