What You'll Learn

In this lesson, you will meet three Latino Americans—a Broadway producer, writer, and performer; a television and film actor and producer; and an astronaut—who have conversations with host Maria Hinojosa on her program Maria Hinojosa: One-on-One. All three have overcome challenges related to their ethnic identity and achieved their dreams. You will also learn how a strong self-identity can help people of all backgrounds reach their goals.
