What else besides resolution can affect the information in a photo?
Sometimes, more details are visible in photos because there are more colors and shades of colors.
As you saw in the activity on page 2, computer code consists of only 0s and 1s. In the computer code on the right, each digit defines the color of a pixel in the photo. In this case, there are two colors: black and white. If computer code contains only 0s and 1s, how can a computer define more colors?
